Product Description

The DZ7 development board, equipped with the AMD/Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC (XCZU7EV) and integrated quad-core Cortex-A53 + dual-core Cortex-R5 processors, delivers high-performance capabilities including 6GB DDR4 SDRAM (supporting up to 2400Mbps data rates), 32GB eMMC Flash, and 512Mbit QSPI Flash. It features extensive interfaces: 2× FMC HPC connectors (for high-speed peripheral expansion), PCIe Gen2×1 via M.2 (5Gbps for SSD storage), DisplayPort (4K@30Hz video output), QSFP+ fiber optic (40Gbps), USB 3.0 Type-C, dual Gigabit Ethernet, and Micro SD support with 4-configuration boot mode switches. Active cooling is provided by a programmable fan.
